Shipping/Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for, to the address supplied at checkout. Postage cost is also notified at checkout.

Books are packed securely in special book boxes, with receipt enclosed.

Orders shipped to UK addresses should be received within 4 working days. Orders shipped to Europe should be received within 5-7 working days. Orders shipped outside the EU, should be received within 7-14 working days.

Returns

Book(s) must be returned by registered mail within 14 working days from date of receipt and in the same condition received. Returns must be paid for by the customer with no exceptions. Customers may choose a replacement of the book(s), if available, or a refund via PayPal.

Data Protection

We do not hold customer data, except for the purpose of processing and delivering your order (once an item is paid for, we receive notification from PayPal on book(s) ordered and who/where to ship to), or responding to your enquiry, if you email us. This data is covered by the Data Protection Act 1988 because we are based in the United Kingdom.
